Randall Blancard, Logistics, Recruitment, & Communications Manager
Randall is in charge of connecting career seekers with our hiring events. He does this by reaching out to the local community to spread the word of the event, as well as communicate with career seekers to provide them with the information they need to be successful at the event. Randall helps manage the Reliant website, its social media pages, as well as scheduling events, and venue booking. He also is an active member of his church, Potomac Valley Church of Christ, having provided video and audio support for worship services and other church events, as well as teach for its children's ministry classes.

Melissa is our Employer Liaison. She works with the employers to make sure they have the best experience at our events. You want to attend an event? She’s your go-to girl! She loves spending time with her sons and loves animals, particularly turtles.

Ian Lovejoy is a Virginia entrepreneur, former elected official, and community leader with a career spanning public service, workforce development, and business ownership.
A former member of the Virginia House of Delegates, Lovejoy represented the 22nd House District, where he focused on issues affecting families, small businesses, public safety, economic opportunity, and quality of life in Prince William County and the surrounding region. Prior to serving in the General Assembly, he served on the Manassas City Council, where he worked on local government, community development, transportation, public safety, and economic growth.
Lovejoy is the founder and owner of Reliant Hiring Solutions, a recruitment and workforce development company that helps connect employers with qualified candidates. Through his business work, he has supported organizations across public safety, private industry, and community-focused sectors, with an emphasis on solving practical hiring challenges and strengthening local workforces.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Concord University. His academic background in people, institutions, and communities has shaped his approach to both public service and entrepreneurship.
